Limitations:
You may NOT:

Resell the beat by itself as an instrumental to other artists.
-
Release or sell the raw beat alone (no vocals) as if you produced it.
-
Create sample packs, loop kits, or sound packs from the beat or its stems without written permission.
-
Claim original production of the beat without properly crediting Moz Likly & 3rd Image.
Credit (unless otherwise agreed in writing):
“Prod. Moz Likly & 3rd Image”
(and where appropriate: “via Jumpstart Sounds”)
For label/large releases, this credit should appear in metadata and liner notes where producer credits are normally shown.
Ownership & publishing:
-
Moz Likly & 3rd Image / Jumpstart Sounds LLC remain the original creators of the beat.
-
The exclusive license gives you exclusive usage rights, not automatic full authorship of the composition (unless a separate buyout is agreed).
-
Publishing and PRO registration should fairly credit both the producer and the artist.
Typical default split (can be changed by separate agreement):
-
Moz Likly & 3rd Image – producer/composer share
-
Artist – lyricist/topline share
Prior leases:
-
Any non-exclusive leases sold before the exclusive purchase stay valid.
-
Those artists may keep their songs up under their original terms.
-
No new leases will be sold after the exclusive license date.
Payment & validity:
-
Exclusive rights are only valid once full agreed payment has been received.
-
If payment is reversed, disputed, or fails, the producer may treat the license as void.
Content ID & claims:
-
You may register your full song (with vocals) in Content ID or similar systems.
-
You may not register the beat alone in a way that blocks the producer’s portfolio previews or previously leased songs.
-
Both parties agree to resolve any conflicts in good faith.
Violation:
Reselling the beat, ignoring agreed publishing splits, or non-payment can lead to revocation of the license and takedown requests for the New Works until resolved.

These licenses apply to all beats sold or downloaded from Jumpstart Sounds unless a separate written agreement is signed.
